Guarantee Policy of The 60Pause

Effective date: December 30, 2025

1. Our guarantee

We offer a 21-day money-back guarantee for the 60Pause program (the “Program”) purchased through our checkout.

2. Eligibility window

To be eligible, your refund request must be submitted within 21 days of your purchase date.

3. How to request a refund

Email us at pause@mindry.co with:

  • The email used at checkout, and

  • Your order receipt or order number (if available), and

  • A short note that you are requesting a refund.

We may ask for information needed to locate your purchase (nothing invasive—just order verification).

4. What happens when a refund is issued

If your refund is approved and processed:

  • Your access to the Program (including Thinkific course access, community areas, and any member-only content) will be revoked.

  • Any ongoing access, memberships, or logins tied to your purchase will be discontinued.

  • You may keep any materials you downloaded before access is revoked, but you will no longer have access to member areas, updates, or support.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Timing may vary by payment method and your bank.

6. Payment method notes

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be processed through PayPal.

  • If you used a Buy Now, Pay Later / split-pay provider, refunds may be subject to that provider’s terms and processing rules.

7. Chargebacks and disputes

If you have an issue, please contact us first at pause@mindry.co and we’ll do our best to help. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute may delay resolution and may result in immediate suspension of access during investigation.
